Refund & Cancellation Policy

Organic Therapy Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to offering clarity and transparency regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for both services and product purchases.

Service Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee up to the full session amount.

Repeated missed appointments may result in limited booking availability.

Digital Products (e-books, PDFs, downloads)

All digital products — including guides, e-books, activity sheets, and downloadable materials — are non-refundable, due to their instant-access nature.

If you have issues accessing your file, please email organictherapysolutions@gmail.com and we will assist you promptly.

Physical Products

Refunds or replacements for physical products (such as Healy devices, essential oils, BioMat, Austin Air Purifier, or wellness tools) follow the guidelines from each manufacturer or distributor.

We assist with:

  • connecting you to the correct warranty process

  • providing documentation as needed

  • confirming order details

Refunds cannot be issued if the product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Workshops, Classes, and Virtual Sessions

Paid workshops or virtual events may be refundable only if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

If an event is canceled by Organic Therapy Solutions, you will receive either:

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to transfer your credit to another service, class, or product

Package Purchases

Discounted service packages (multiple sessions purchased at once) are not eligible for partial refunds once any sessions have been used.

Unused sessions may be transferred to another individual only with written approval.
