These Terms & Conditions apply to the Organic Therapy Solutions® and Bonds Family Movement™ websites, funnels, products, services, and educational resources operated by Organic Therapy Solutions, LLC (“OTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our sites or purchasing an offering, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Refund Policy.

Products, services, and purchases

Our offerings may include occupational therapy services, educational resources, digital downloads, movement activities, workshops, and physical products. Information specific to an offering—including its price, format, access period, and any special conditions—will be provided on its purchase or information page.

Purchases on the OTS website are processed through Wix. Funnel purchases are processed through ClickFunnels and Stripe. Your purchase receipt and the terms shown at checkout form part of your transaction.

Educational and health information

Information, movement activities, and product discussions provided through our websites, funnels, videos, and digital resources are educational. They are not a diagnosis or individualized medical advice, and they do not replace care from your own qualified healthcare professional.

OTS may offer separate professional services. Any such service is governed by the service-specific information and consent materials provided for that service.

Movement and body-based activities

Movement and body-based activities are optional. Participate at your own risk. Listen to your body, stay within your comfort and ability, and stop if you experience pain or other concerning symptoms. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating. Seek appropriate medical care for urgent or emergency concerns.

Products and third-party offerings

Read and follow the instructions and safety information provided by each product manufacturer. OTS does not control products or services sold by outside vendors. Purchases made directly from another seller, including through an affiliate link, are subject to that seller’s terms, warranties, and return policy.

​Intellectual property and personal- use permission

Content we create—including books, guides, videos, courses, movement instructions, graphics, and other materials—is owned by OTS or used with permission. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, noncommercial license to use the material for your own benefit and within your household.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, share, distribute, publicly post, teach, license, or sell our materials, in whole or in part, without written permission from OTS. Purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute or resell it.

Use of our sites

You agree not to misuse our websites, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our materials for unlawful purposes. We may change or discontinue site features or offerings.

No guaranteed outcomes; limits

People and families may respond differently to services, products, and educational resources. We do not guarantee a particular outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, OTS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our sites or materials. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
